This reflection invites us to start the year 2023 with a proposal that guarantees physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health.

Well-being is an attitude that we have with our being in all its dimensions and in relation to the environment, our environment, nature, and the cosmos.

Well-being is the balance that results from a good diet, adequate rest, frequent exercise, maintaining a harmonious state of mind, loving, and accepting ourselves, as we are, enjoying ourselves, having pleasant thoughts, being in an attitude of growth, constantly questioning ourselves and finding answers. about life, being in an attitude of joy, allowing ourselves to be wrong and assuming the consequences of our actions, accepting the changes that each one needs, being positive and grateful for being on this wonderful planet.

 

Well-being  is also believing in yourself, having confidence in yourself and in others, knowing that the planet and your space gives you what you need to be well and happy. When we are in an attitude of well-being, we achieve what we want, we accept what life gives us, we are healthy, dynamic, creative, intelligent, our ability to achieve increases, we more easily accept frustration in the face of life events.
