One of the aspects that allows us to be healthy and dynamic every moment of our lives is the connection we make with the Being that we really are.

To create this dynamic, it is necessary to become aware of our integral Being, physical, mental, emotional, spiritual or transcendental, to see and feel it holistically.

 

Meditation  allows us to permanently make that connection and restore balance and harmony if necessary, it also allows us to elevate our thoughts and feelings where they are consistent with our actions.

Meditating  gives us innumerable benefits, among them: it helps to level stress, improves mental processes, creativity, memory, concentration, attention, communication, among others, helps regulate body

functions, digestion, breathing, balances rhythms of sleep and rest.

There are many kinds of meditation, and each person can choose the most pleasant way to meditate, it is necessary to be aware of the breath, and want to be in contact with oneself, in

silence. We can also listen to the sounds of nature or soft music, we can meditate, sitting, lying down, or walking, the important thing is that personal encounter.

To start meditation, it is required to pay attention to breathing, releasing tension and relaxing our body.
