María Eugenia Cabrales is an ecuadorian woman who has lived in the Hudson Valley for 14 years. She suffers from depression which is not easy to deal with in a different country and far from her family.

However, with the help of the community, she has been able to move forward and continues to work day by day to improve herself and improve her attitude.

Prevention

It is difficult to prevent depression

but you can:

Practice meditation

Exercise

Go out with friends

Avoid being alone for a long time

Eat healthy
