Let me be clear in saying that there is no correct way to run a JCL. Depending on the school environment, JCL means a lot of different things to different people and that is ok! Do not take this guide as the only formula for proven success. It is meant to act as a resource rather than present information as the only way to create and lead a successful JCL. This is merely a compilation of what the officers have learned as aspects of a successful chapter. With that being said, below you’ll find information regarding various aspects of a local JCL outlined by the 2017-2018 Executive Board and how these local aspects contribute to create overall success. This is based off what we’ve seen at our local schools, and this doesn’t mean that it’s the only thing you can do at your high school.
