Timothy Paice, JD, MBA Tax Senior Manager Tim is a Tax Senior Manager in BDO’s Norfolk Core Tax Services practice with more than 11 years of experience in tax planning and consulting services across numerous industries, including manufacturing, government contracting, construction, retail, healthcare, financial services, and private equity. Prior to joining BDO, Tim had over ten years of experience within the Big Four accounting firms, including several years in the mergers and acquisitions specialty practice. Tim specializes in providing a broad range of tax consulting services including transactional issues, tax attribute management, loss limitation calculations and accounting for income taxes. His expertise also includes tax compliance and provision preparation and review services, as well as tax consulting services related to Subchapter C. Pam specializes in providing tax and accounting services to closely held and mid-size businesses in the Hampton Roads region. Her passion lies in tax strategy and planning, with a focus on accounting methods especially in light of the new tax reform legislation. Pam is a member of BDO’s National Tax Office Accounting Methods team responsible for covering the Atlantic region.
