Please bring the following to the registration area for check-in , to receive your registration materials :
• COVID-19 vaccination card
• Photo identification
• Financial card
• Registration barcode confirmation

It is highly recommended that all Sorors of the host chapters , Sorors attending Graduate Advisors ’ Training , Financial Officers ’ Training , Leadership Training Institute , Parliamentary Training Institute and Sorors arriving early , check-in on Wednesday evening .
• A Registration Committee designee will check your photo identification and financial card and confirm the accuracy of your printed documents . After your verification is confirmed , you will be directed to the designated areas to collect the conference bags , kits , and any prepaid merchandise .
• NOTE : DPGS sorors ’ crowns will be issued at registration ! We encourage all new DPGS sorors to wear their crowns when they receive them throughout the regional conference .
• Seating for the Undergraduate Luncheon and for the Conference Luncheon will be assigned according to order of receipt of the Chapter Delegate Form . There will also be seating available for General Members . Seating for the Gala will be open on a firstcome , first served basis . No one will be allowed to hold seats for any event .
Forms must be completed for Diamond / Pearl / Golden / Silver Sorors initiated in 1947 , 1957 , 1972 , or 1997 . Sorors are asked to select the New Diamond , New Pearl , New Golden , New Silver Soror Fee and add to the shopping cart . A recognition fee of $ 20.00 will be added to the soror ’ s registration . Each Soror will receive instructions on how to submit a digital , camera-ready photo .
