In that event there are some tips that can be followed for those who do not know so as to follow the law. ● When you are not sure about something you want to do, always ask a specialist in order to guide you. Therefore, you will know exactly what to do without breaking the law. Find only secure online shops. But, if you visit unsecure websites, do not ever give away personal data. 4.THINK ABOUT THE FUTURE Sitting in front of a screen for hours, surely has a number of impacts on your health. You may have vision problems, pains in your back, your carpal tunnels and so on.For this reason: ● Do not slouch! Try to sit straight on your chair, especially when you are going to stay for many hours on your computer. Otherwise, you will suffer from pains in your back and all your body. Take regular breaks.
