Dear Friends,
Allow me to begin by congratulating all those associated with the Canadian Pinoy Radio
Montreal upon its 6th anniversary.
Since its beginnings in 2013, Canadian Pinoy Radio Montreal has become an invaluable
resource to the Filipino community of Montreal. It not only allows listeners to stay updated with
the issues going on in their native land of the Philippines but also provides them with the
information necessary to better navigate their lives here. By broadcasting in Tagalog, Cebuano,
Ilocano and English, it provides listeners the opportunity to stay up-to-date on the latest issues
affecting their lives.
Over the last six years, Canadian Pinoy Radio Montreal has offered programing on current
issues, insight and information to its listeners that concerns them and gives them an
opportunity to learn more.
You are a central and important part of Montreal’s vibrant growing Filipino community, which I
am proud to represent at the provincial level. I look forward to finding opportunities to work
with the wonderful team at Canadian Pinoy Radio Montreal in the future and to celebrating
many anniversaries to come for the Canadian Pinoy Radio Montreal.
