Lord Carnarvon who was the
secretary to Howard Carter and both were
in charge of the expedition to find King
Tut’s tomb. Lord Carnarvon died for a very
strange reason. According to the Curse of
King Tut Carnarvon’s face got bit by a
mosquito and got poisoning and died.
Carnarvon had a very important role in
finding the tomb of King Tut. The author
Michael Burgan writes Lord Carnarvon and
Carter found King Tut’s tomb and became
famous. People actually believed this
happened because of the curse of the
pharaohs.
In conclusion, King Tut was famous
because of his tomb, life, and family. He
was famous because of his tomb because it
wasn’t buried in the pyramid like the other
pharaohs and the tomb was buried in the
sand. King Tut was famous because of his
life because nobody ever knew the real way
he died. Lastly, King Tut was famous
because when he died people began to die
when they went near the tomb such as Lord
Carnarvon, Richard Bethell. King Tut is a
well-known king and everybody became
mysterious of the tomb.
