Carbon Literacy at KBS

A number of KBS colleagues have gained their certificate in carbon literacy since the previous PRME Sharing in Progress Report .
KBS , as a part of a wider University initiative , has offered students the opportunity to also undertake carbon literacy training , to which there has been much interest from students .

Global Challenge Pathways : Enterprise and the Future of Work

KBS UG students have the option to join one of six global challenge elective pathways throughout their degree , encouraging them to explore current debates and to enhance their understanding and employability .
As a part of the global challenge pathways , KBS offers ‘ Enterprise and the Future of Work ’. The pathway suggests that if we are to achieve the promise of Sustainable Development Goals , solve the climate crisis , and take advantage of the changes that the digital revolution provides , we need to understand the power of enterprise and prepare for future contexts of work , creativity , and disruption . Enterprise and the Future of Work aims to support students to be a part of future-facing solutions , and to develop their understanding of the utilisation of resources , labour , and capital .
