Distinguished Gentlemen’s Ride
Raising money and awareness of men’s health issues the 2019 Distinguished Gentlemen’s Ride (DGR) has raised over £7 million globally.
The GDR is annual event that began in 2012 and has raised over £18 million since then for a variety of men’s health issues including prostate cancer, and mental health and suicide prevention programs.
This year’s event has grown in size with larger number of risers participating and an increase in the fund-raising to record levels.
Across Scotland the rides took place on September 29th with events held in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Fife, Perth, Inverness, Killin and Aberdeen raising a combined £85,000.
