Paddler Species For some paddlers navigating a river is about reading the water, keeping a blistering rhythm and dropping other racing snakes off their wave. They’re racing! For some its about grimly making the finish. ONLY the finish brings a smile to their faces; every rock, every rapid is scowled at. Their pleasure comes afterwards, in the telling. They’re enduring!
