McNeill Accepts New Position
Former middle school principal Dr. Roy McNeill
holds a new position in the district. McNeill will be
traveling between Clarkdale High School and Southeast High School as the Special Services Coordinator.

2nd Annual Dylan Mabry Memorial Tri-State Bulls & Barrels
As coordinator, Dr. McNeill will be providing tutorial services for vocational students experiencing difficulties with subject area tests. To accomplish this
task, McNeill will be utilizing USA Test Prep and Enrichment Plus.
Clarkdale FFA is hosting the 2nd annual memorial rodeo in honor of Dylan Mabry who was tragically killed in
a car accident April 26, 2013. The event will be held at
the Lauderdale County Agri-Center in Meridian on September 5th and 6th. Gates open at 4 P.M. each day with
4D barrel racing beginning at 7:30 P.M. on Friday and
bull riding beginning at 7:30 P.M. on Saturday. Admission for Friday will be $2 and $10 on Saturday for those
12 years to adult. Children ages 4 to 11 years will only
pay $6. Many activities will be available such as a mechanical bull, a cake walk, a bouncy house for the kids,
face painting and David Talley’s magic & balloons. Concessions will also be available. Facebook Page:

Affectionately known as “Doc”, McNeill has
worked in the field of education for 23 years. He is
married to Regina, and they have three children:
Matthew (14), Ethan (9), and Sarah (6). A published author and a renowned public speaker, Dr.
McNeill pastors at Bethel Southern Methodist
Church.
