Let’s face it, shift happens! I’m sure January’s
energy still has some of us still shook up and all
discombobulated. As we’re all wiggling away from
some of the residue left behind from 2013 into
some parts of February, but there’s a lot to be
thankful for. Before I babble on and on about what
that actually means..., let me take time to help some
of you understand why these shifts are necessary
instead.
The first thing to connect in understanding is that
January is ruled by the planet Saturn. Saturn is also
represented by the 10th house in the Zodiac and is
represented by the sign of Capricorn. Saturn
represents how we use facets of time by way of
personal involvement. It reflects our sense of
dedication and commitment and It’s ruling force
tends to bring our inner thoughts and energy to “a
point” of fruition...Good or Bad. Saturn attributes
can also be connected to the structure of things, the
foundation, our responsibilities, boundaries and
words associated with limitation in a small sense.
During this year of 2014 (2+0+1+4 =7), we are in
the 7th house cycle, which brings Venus into play.
Venus represents the 7th house in the Zodiac and
the astrological sign Libra. Seven is also known as
the number of analyzation or connecting the dots.
In numerology and among various religious
systems, 7 is considered a number of sacredness.
How does this all pertain to you?
“Well,” as “The Great Malefic or Father of
Time” (Saturn) coupled with the planet of harmony
and grace may not have been seeing eye-to-eye in
your daily life during the January month.
Why? Well, as Saturn has a tendency to rock our
foundation and test our commitments,Venus has a
knack for balancing out the things we consider as
value. However, since Venus was in retrograde,
much of our affairs governing relations or
partnerships in love, business and social affairs were
going in the opposite direction.
