19. Rules and regulations for moving commercial goods out of the accessories hall
Rules and regulations for April 3, 2016 (After the closing hour)
1. Moving any type of commercial goods and other items out of the hall are allowed from 22:30 hour onward.
2. Dismantling of booth structure and other systems are not allowed.
3. All trailers and trucks assigned to pick up the commercial goods are required to register for a queue card at P9
parking lot and wait for the officer to call out your queue.
4. Parking trailers and trucks under the express way is prohibited. According to the on-site freight handling rules
and regulations, the Organizer will conduct a queue card inspection at the inspection point no.9 and no.10, in
case the queue card cannot be presented upon the request, the security officer shall not allow any trailer or truck
to enter the loading area result in time wasting since obtaining the queue card require to queue up again.
5. Booth name and area code are required for registration, otherwise you may have to conduct freight handling
further away.

The Organizer allows the trailers and trucks to park at P9 parking lot from 05:00 hour onward. The queue card
registration is started from 07:00 hour onward whereas the correct booth name and area code are required for registration
because the queue card will be issued in different color based on your booth’s area where the closest possible loading zone
will be allocated.
