This is why each of our Alaya homeowners is assigned one of our most seasoned Property Managers and in-house Maintenance Technicians for all property management needs. They are backed up by an in-house Maintenance staff on call 24 hours a day for any emergency that might arise. We do not charge annual or routine maintenance fees, nor do we markup charges on third-party maintenance services. Finally, you will never be charged when we visit your property to change light bulbs, replace air filters, and install new smoke detector batteries.
