Custom Marketing Plan

• Initial meeting and walk-through to discuss and evaluate the home for any needed repairs, staging, decluttering.
• Discuss timing of the listing, closing, and price evaluation / strategy. We will provide clients with active listings, closed, pending, or withdrawn within a 2-mile radius of subject property in order to correctly price subject property.
• Recommend vendors to complete repairs and be on-site if necessary to allow repairmen into the home to work.
• Help to decluttering and stage if necessary.
• Place Beacham Estate-sized Wooden sign in the yard.
• Bring in our professional in-house photographer to photograph interior and exterior areas- all photos are then reviewed and edited if necessary before being published in any print or digital media.
• Our in-house marketing and our Compass partner will create will create brochures, flyers, and announcements of subject home to share with prospective clients. Having our own inhouse marketing team allows us to quickly create products to market your home and our close working relationship allows your home to be known by our team on a more personal level due to the close working relationship between our agents and marketing team.
• Informational packets will be created and distributed to nearby neighbors to alert them to the sale of your home- thereby creating an opportunity for neighbors to also spread the word to friends and family.
• Host an agent caravan the first Tuesday that the listing goes“ live” and any other times deemed necessary to spark renewed interest in the home. We will provide lunch or any other type of incentive to attract agents.
