Drugs are chemical substances that are known to have biological effects on humans or other animals, these can be either positive or negative. Every drug has its own specific use or circumstance at which it should be used, medicines are drugs that can help cure sickness, relieve pain or prevent illness. Alcohol, caffeine, nicotine as well as many other renowned substances are considered drugs. Some drugs are illegal chemicals that have no medical use. All drugs are born/created at first for medical use but people abuse these drugs and ultimately making them sick, damaging their body, brain and even getting themselves close to dead.

Medicine or Poison?

Consuming an excessive amount of drugs is never good since they never bring you any benefit even if some people think they do. There are many types of drugs that can be either narcotic, stimulant, hallucinogen or depressant; each type of this can bring you many side effects that affect you physically and psychologically. Physically effects that can be caused by consuming drugs can be vomiting, sweating, itching and they can also affect your

skin and organs just to mention a few effect while psychological effects can be depression, relaxation, sharpness, calmness and hallucinating.

In conclusion drugs can range from a useful life saving medicine to a harmful and dangerous “club drug”. Drugs can make people change tremendously, psychologically and physically. These substances are dangerous and must be avoided unless it is recommended by a doctor. Drugs can and are addictive that is why they are so dangerous in the modern day world.
