2017-2018. “We have been able to sell
our mono presses to a lot of copy shop
owners and publishers,” he says.
Finally talking about his expecta-
tions from Printpack, he says that the
company expects to close a good num-
ber of deals at the show. “Like every
time, we expect good orders at Print-
pack 2019 edition as well,” he con-
cludes.

Minolta Business Solutions India is us-
ing the platform to further enhance its
brand value among Indian customers.
“This year what we are looking at is
to enhance the value of Konica Minolta
brand. If you would have noticed, we
have used the Printpack venue to place
our brand hoardings at strategic loca-
tions so that it is visible to visitors eas-
ily,” says Kuldeep Malhotra, vice presi-
dent – Sales Division, Konica Minolta
Business Solutions India. “Our prod-
ucts are very good and now we have to
make our brand stronger,” he adds.
In terms of products, the company
is showing a whole host of presses at its
Printpack stand. It is demonstrating the
MGI Jetvarnish 3DS with iFOIL as well
as samples of work done by its custom-
ers using the MGI technology. At the

The company is also showcasing
the AccurioPress C3070, AccurioPress

Malhotra stated that Konica Minol-
ta’s share in the black and white print-
ing segment has increased with sales of
monochrome printers in 2018-2019 ex-

The company’s Swifttak 5625 is a
revolutionary solution designed for ex-
cellent water resistance performance
on corrugated side seam applications.
Swifttak 5625 covers multiple applica-
tions and improves production efficien-
cies. This non-corrosive, non-abrasive
water-based adhesive enables Indian
manufacturers to achieve FEFCO 9
standards, and it makes less impact on
equipment, reducing machine down-
time and spare parts costs. It also helps
deliver a strong side seam bond for all
corrugating boards with kraftliner, test-
liner or carton. Additionally, Swifttak
5625’s approval for direct food contact
makes this innovative adhesive ideal
for the manufacturing of paper straws,
an important new consumer product
driven by increasing demand for green-
er, more sustainable products.
Swifttak 5580 is H.B. Fuller’s
OEM-approved, water-based, side
seam adhesive for folding cartons. It
provides premium performance on con-
tactless nozzle systems. Its high initial
tack and minimal tailing at high speeds
helps deliver rapid package integrity,
and makes it ideal for high-speed appli-
cation lines. Swifttak 5580 is suitable
for a wide range of substrates used in
the production of folding cartons.
