The Physical Education department ' s mission is to prepare Campbell students to develop the knowledge and skills necessary for physical activity and to value its role in a healthy lifestyle.
Students will be exposed to learning through: Motor Skills: Students should develop basic motor skills like running, jumping, and throwing, which can be used in sports and fitness activities. Collaboration: Students should develop the ability to be part of a team, cooperate with others, and develop a sense of fair play. Physical and Mental Development: Students should improve cardiovascular health, flexibility, muscle strength, posture, and balance, as well as learn how to manage stress and anxiety, improve mood, and sleep better. Healthy Choices: Students should learn to make responsible choices that promote health and well-being.
