In the summer of 1994, the boat dock was added to the boat house which allowed for
access from the river.
The construction of the original clubhouse was started in 1994 and completed in March of 1995. The Golf wing of the club house complete with golf shop, locker rooms and fitness room was opened in November of 1994. The original golf shop in the boat house was relocated to this facility. The dining wing with the main dining room, verand dining, a private dining room and a bar/lounge became available to members in March of 1995. All planned facilities of the club were finished.
