The next owner will need to recoat the
cladding with an elastomeric membrane
(paint) within the next 7 years.
Coat the butynol at the same time with a roof
membrane.
Butynol is the black membrane on the flat
portions of the roof.
The roof will be requiring a paint within the
next 12 years.
Service all joinery every three years with the
visit of an aluminium technician to check
mitres and weep holes.
It goes without saying, there is a easy care
section to maintain, regular mowing will be
required.
