Disclosures of maintenance
and remediation
The current owners lodged a claim with the
WHRS when it was discovered there was
moisture entry was through a failed flashing on
the roof. This claim was settled in 2013, remedial
work was performed and it has been signed off as
fully compliant by a member of the New Zealand
Institute of Building Surveyors.
The work was signed off in 2013 as complete and
meeting E2 and B2, which are for weather
tightness and durability under the latest building
code.
