Wi-fi sensors have been installed in all external
walls, these sensors take readings every 5
minutes, and store the results on the web. The
owners can access these readings on any web
connected device.
If readings indicate a potential moisture
breach, a Building Science Ltd technician will
arrange access to check the sensor and wall
concerned. Any cladding repairs are
performed at Building Science Ltd’s expense.
