Sports Kids Summer Camps
Track & Field Camp
Boys and girls will learn the jumping, running and throwing skills involved in the sport of track and field. They will practice sprints, relays, long-distance walking, running hurdles, long jump, discus throw and other track and field events as well as participate in a fun-filled track and field meet on the last day of camp. Youth will be taught the skills and techniques that will help them enhance their overall athletic performance on the track and field and in other sports. Please bring a labeled water bottle.

Pickleball Camp
Experience one of the fastest growing sports in the country that anyone can play! Youngsters will be introduced to pickleball stroke fundamentals such as serving, lobbing, smashing, volleying, and dinking. Fun and challenging drills and recreational matches will help young players develop the hand-eye coordination, motor skills, and mental abilities needed for successful pickleball games. Our goal is to have each child leave camp with the knowledge and confidence to continue their interest in pickleball. Equipment will be provided. Please bring a labeled water bottle.

Whether trying cheerleading for the first time or preparing for next season, this camp will provide instruction on crowd and sideline chants and cheers as well as arm motions, tumbling and floor routines.
