Illinois Shotokan Karate Club

Illinois Shotokan Karate Club is Chicagoland’ s premier karate school taught under the instruction of John DiPasquale, a four-time National Champion and President of the American Shotokan Karate Association.
● Uniforms and Belt-Testing are options available through the ISKC instructor.
● Please note that the Youth and Adult classes train together.
● Beginner students will not be permitted to register into the current session after the second class has met. Registration for continuers through advanced students will be accepted after the start date, but the full class Price is required.

ISKC’ s karate classes offers a good mix of strength training, with cardiovascular and flexibility exercises. Students increase their coordination, agility and poise, as well as learn lasting personal safety skills. They also benefit from the mental stimulation of learning the choreographed moves of the kata and the discipline of conforming to the class rules.

Lil Ninjas
Lil’ Ninjas Classes are the perfect way to introduce little ninjas, ages 3-5 years old, to the fun of tackling obstacles! Classes focus on developing coordination and strength through skills such as balancing, hanging, jumping, climbing and running, while instilling self-confidence and teamwork in a safe and positive environment. Classes are 50 minutes long, including a warm-up, obstacle coaching and technique.

These classes are very active … you will not stop moving and leave both gassed and proud! Ultimate Ninjas Summer Camp
At Ultimate Ninjas Elmhurst we’ re all about building strength, agility, self-confidence and continuous improvement … all while having a blast! During our camps, your child will learn proper techniques from instructors, engage in structured obstacle circuits, tackle new obstacles, enjoy free play time and participate in competitions and races. We will also be integrating other games, sports, and outdoor activities to give our ninja hands a break over the course of the week.
