Deep Water Aqua Aerobics

Deep Water Aquatics gives a great non-impact workout in the pool. It includes cardiovascular training, core training, strength training and flexibility. Come join this one hour workout and know your body will thank you!

• Participants( age 16 +) must be able to tread water unassisted and have the ability to swim to the side of the pool independently. Egress from diving well is via ladder only.

• All participants wear float belts. Float Belts help you to hold the correct vertical position during class, but they are not life preservers. Belts are available for use during class on a first come, first serve basis.

• There will be no class in the event of inclement weather. Classes Start 6 / 1 and run Mon / Wed / Fri | 8:30-9:30A

Private Swim Lessons

Private lessons go on sale June 1!

Private lessons are held during general open swim hours and not during the regular swim lesson program. Lesson packages cannot be split among family members. Private lessons instructors will be available for instruction from June 8 – August 9. Lessons scheduled before or after those dates are dependent on instructor availability.

Parents must give 24 hours’ notice when cancelling a private lesson or they will be charged for that lesson. Time will be deducted from the lesson if a participant arrives late.

Private lessons should be purchased at the Parks and Recreation Office located at Village Hall. Lesson cards are distributed at time of registration. They are not sold at the pool. Private Lesson passes are good for the 2026 season only.

Upon purchasing your private lesson passes, the Swim Lesson Coordinator will contact you to set up your lessons. Please allow at least one week for the Coordinator to find an instructor. The instructor will then contact you to set up your first lesson.

Private lessons are non-refundable.

Junior Lifeguard Program

Want to learn about lifeguarding? This is your unique chance! Our Junior Guard program is set up for youth who aren’ t quite old enough to become lifeguards yet, but still want to learn the skills and the experiences. Rescue Breathing, CPR, AED, Water Rescue, and Surveillance Skills will be covered. All skills will be practiced with social distancing in mind and utilize the pool’ s practice dummies. You will even shadow one of our lifeguard staff! All participants will receive a Junior Guard t-shirt. Come prepared to swim.( No real certification is issued).

Parties must be set up a minimum of one week prior to party. Total number of participants is required 48 hours prior to the party. Birthday parties are available May 31-August 10 during our public hours( see season schedule).
