HOW TO VOTE YOUR PAPER PROXY
PROXY HOLDERS This section lists the NANA proxy holders for this year.
OTHER BUSINESS This section applies to any other matter that may come up at the annual meeting, which would require a vote of the shareholders. If you check“ Yes,” you are authorizing the proxy holders to use your votes on any other matter that arises at the annual meeting. If you check“ No,” you are NOT authorizing the proxy holders to use your votes. If you check neither, you are authorizing the proxy holders to use your votes.
NUMBER OF VOTES This section shows how many shares you have. The number of votes you may cast in the election of directors is determined by( a) the number of shares you own( including the shares of your children if you are the custodian), and( b) the number of seats that are up for election. Your total number of shares is multiplied by the number of seats that are up for election.
VOTE ON DIRECTORS This section is where you vote on the election of directors. If there is only one candidate for the board who you want to vote for, enter the number of votes identified on your proxy beside the name of that candidate or just mark the candidate, and all of your votes will go to that candidate. If there is more than one candidate you’ d like to vote for, divide your total number of votes any way you want among those candidates, or mark the candidates you want to vote for, and your votes will be divided equally among them.
SIGN AND DATE This is where you sign and date the proxy. Sign your proxy as the name appears on the pre-printed proxy you received in the mail. If your name has changed because of marriage, divorce, or other reasons, a change of name or address form can be found on www. nanatkut. com or by contacting the shareholder records department at( 800) 478-3301.
When a shareholder prints their name as a signature or signs their name with“ X,” the printed name or“ X” must be witnessed by two adults who sign their name on the proxy to verify the individual’ s printed name or marks.
