At Lee Arrendale State Prison, three offenders earned their Fire Fighter 1 certifications. With this achievement, the nine-member firefighting team is now prepared to assist with emergency calls and extinguish fires in the North Georgia region. Their dedication to public safety is commendable and vital.
Family ties were the focus as Smith SP, Lee SP, Hancock SP, NW RSAT, and Walker SP hosted Family Day events at their respective facilities as a tool to help strengthen bonds and support reunification.
