FOREST LAKE Bay Park – 9th Ave. SE and 18th St.
SE, offers open space.
Bayview Park – Bay Dr. SE and 15th Ave. SE, offers a playground, half-court basketball, picnic tables, small parking lot and portable restrooms during summer months.
Beltz Park – corner of 11th Ave. SE and South Shore Dr., is an active park for children and adults. Recently redone, the park offers a new playground with some adaptive playground items and a new pickleball court. In the winter, it’ s one of two main parks in the city that has a hockey rink and warming house.
Bixby Park – 2nd Ave. NW & 7th St. SW, is a large natural open space.
Bridle Pass – 6558 210th Lane Ct. N, has a large, mowed open space, a picnic table, and a playground.
Cedar Park – 2nd Ave. NW and 7th St. NW, features playground equipment, including the popular Cedar Park Dragon, a small basketball court, and a gaga ball pit. New in 2018 is a large pavilion available to rent for special gatherings and events. A portable restroom is available during the summer months.
Clear Lake Park – 5803 213th St., has a playground, small basketball court and open space.
Eagle Bluff Park – Farnham Ave. N and Farnham Dr. N, features a playground picnic table with shelter, and a small parking lot
Fenway Athletic Complex – 5530 206th St. N, offers four softball fields, a baseball diamond, three soccer fields, seven pickleball courts, and a playground. The pickleball courts are open from 7 a. m.- 9 p. m. seven days a week. Reservations for the ball fields are managed by the city. There are also restrooms and parking.
Kulenkamp Park – 8398 230th St. N, features four red-lime ball fields, playground equipment, a wooded area with off-road trails and portable restrooms during the summer months. There are two shaded picnic shelters with picnic tables available to rent for special events and gatherings.
Lakeside Memorial Park – 95 E Broadway Ave., draws many to the sandy beaches of Forest Lake, where swimmers find a beach house building with restrooms and changing areas, usually open April until September. The park offers a playground, multiple picnic tables, grills, a large boat dock, a public boat-access ramp and a new marina. It is a hub of activity year round with free events such as the Tuesday night Arts in the Park and Farmers Market in the summer, and the Tree Lighting Ceremony in the winter. Lakeside Memorial Park also features a large gazebo, and three shaded picnic shelters with picnic tables, that are available to rent for special events and gatherings.
Manor Park – Harrow Ave. N and 213th St. N, offers a playground and open space.
North Shore Circle Park – 7621 North Shore Circle, features an open space with a shoreside view of Forest Lake.
Preserve Park – 20809 Granada Ave N, provides a picnic table.
Shady Trails Park – 4th St. SE at 8th Ave. SE, contains a small wooded lot and trail.
Shawn Silvera Memorial Park – 22342 Evergreen Circle, space dedicated to a state patrol officer who died in the line of duty, includes half-court
basketball, play equipment and a picnic shelter.
Sherwood Park – 8787 212th St. N, features a sledding hill during winter and an informal playing field through summer, as well as a picnic table.
Shields Lake Park – Imperial Ave. N and 210th St. N, offers a fishing pier and picnic table.
Schilling Park – 7th Ave. NW and 5th St. NW, includes two ball fields on five mowed acres and portable restrooms during summer months.
Southview Park – Georgia Ave. N, has a prairie restoration area, offroad trails, a picnic shelter, and a playground.
Summerfield Park – 206th St. N and Everton Ave. N, contains a playground, gazebo, grill, trails, picnic tables, informal playing field, walking trail, and portable restrooms in the summer.
Tower Park – 843 SW 4th St, features hockey rinks and a warming house. Portable restrooms are available in the winter.
