Art & Science Academy, Public Charter School
The Art & Science Academy in Isanti is a tuition-free, public charter school district open to all students in grades K-8. Grades K-4 attend ASA Elementary, and grades 5-8 attend ASA Middle School. As a public charter school, the student curriculum is heavy in art and science integration in all classes. ASA has a unique learning environment where dedicated teachers inspire students to realize their potential as individuals, students, artists, and members of a local and global community.
After opening in 2014, ASA has experienced growth each year. Being a charter school, they are able to cap class sizes, 22 students at the elementary and 25 students at the middle school. While being an independent school district, C-I Transportation provides free bussing

Offenders can also get treatment for chemical dependency, attend religious services and take educational courses to obtain a GED. The sheriff’ s office operates on a budget of just over 8 million per year, including operations, 911 dispatch, volunteer services, and jail expenses.
