Section 12:
Termination of the Enrolment Agreement
12.1 Agreement Duration and Expiration
Unless terminated earlier, the Enrolment Agreement terminates at the end of the Academic Year to which it applies. For clarity, if there are outstanding amounts owing by Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) upon completion of the Academic Year, the financial obligations remain in effect after the Agreement has terminated.
12.2 School-Initiated Termination
The School may terminate the Enrolment Agreement before the end of the Academic Year where: ● Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) have failed to make the required payments. ●

Parents / Guardians have made a substantial misrepresentation or withheld relevant information.
The Student or a Parent / Guardian has failed to comply with obligations under the Governing Policies or Supplemental Agreements.
The School determines it is unable to provide the necessary educational services or adequately support the Student’ s social or emotional development.
Pursuant to the School’ s Gender Identity Policy, the Student’ s gender identity does not permit their continued enrolment.
12.3 Parent / Guardian-Initiated Termination
Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) may terminate the Enrolment Agreement before the end of the Academic Year by submitting a request for withdrawal and complying with the obligations provided for in the Enrolment Agreement( see Section 8).
