DHS / DPW Fingerprinting described above. * Students who meet the definition of a PA resident: Do not complete this requirement.
The Older Adults Protective Services Act( OAPSA) of Pennsylvania requires students who are not or have not been a resident of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for the last two years, to complete fingerprinting thorough the Department of Aging( DOA) in addition to fingerprinting through the Department of Human Services.
