in Nursing. The program is offered in 2 formats: on ground or fully on-line in an asynchronous, accelerated format. BSN core courses are delivered in a 7-week accelerated format and can be completed in 5 semesters.
The program requires a total of 121 credits, divided into: 57 credits in General Education and 64 credits in the Nursing Major. Up to 90 credits may be accepted, including 34 credits for lower-division nursing coursework / RN license, provided they meet BSN program requirements. Per university transfer policy, students must complete RS 231 and one SEM course at Gwynedd Mercy University. A minimum of 30 of the 121 credits required for the BSN degree, must be taken at GMercyU.
Preparation for a Professional License: Graduation from Bachelor of Science in Nursing Program meets the requirements for the student to apply to take the NCLEX-RN. Approval to test is not guaranteed.

S. citizenship or permanent residency is a requirement for licensure within certain academic programs.
