Stress Less 201 – Mental Fitness
This presentation delivers evidence based techniques for reducing stress by using tools such as reframing negative thoughts, gratitude, Smart Goals and the practice of progressive muscle relaxation. Participants will walk away with tools that they can use daily or as needed to better manage the stress in their lives.

Dreamcatcher Make and Take It
Come out for a night of crafting and learn how to make a dreamcatcher with Crystals! Kits will include different crystals and corresponding accessories. You will learn how to make and possible ways to use your new dreamcatcher. We will also be talking a little about the dreamcatcher and its beautiful history. Spanish Classes for Kids
Join us right from your living room as we explore new cultures and learn the Spanish language via the interactive Zoom platform! Younger children will learn conversational Spanish through fun and interactive activities and music while older children will also learn some Spanish phonetics to begin reading and writing in Spanish. Each session covers new material.
