1. What motivated your business to participate in the Cool Jobs Tour this year?

We wanted to support Manufacturing Month, introduce a new employer in the area, and connect with our local community. Partnering with organizations that help people explore careers is

important to us.

2. Can you explain the significance of your industry to the local community?

We provide stable, fulltime jobs across a wide range of skill levels— from entry-level positions to roles in production, engineering, quality, and maintenance. Solar

manufacturing also contributes to Minnesota’ s clean energy future.

3. What do you hope participants take away from their visit?

For students, we want them to see that manufacturing offers meaningful work, opportunities to grow, and above-average wages. For parents and the

community, we hope the visit shows how local companies invest and create skilled jobs. We’ re proud to build careers right here at home.

4. Can you describe any unique technologies or processes your company showcased?

Visitors saw the full process of making our solar

panels— from placing each cell to laminating, framing, and final testing. It’ s a hands-on look at how technology, teamwork, and sustainability come together. Our automation and quality checks ensure every panel meets high standards.
