Free Parking
Free parking is available in three lots in the following locations :
Patriot Park ( 186 Old Mill Ave .)
River Lot ( 2936 Teaster Lane between The Island in Pigeon Forge and the LeConte Center )
Mountain Lot ( 2989 Teaster Lane )
Pigeon Forge Mass Transit offers free transportation from the River Lot to the Mass Transit headquarters in Patriot Park where you can get tickets for additional rides .
Traffic Tips
Some events , including car shows and parades , attract thousands of visitors to Pigeon Forge , and that means traffic delays during these one- to three-day events . Turn to page 22 , where you ’ ll find a list of all special events , and the ones that include this symbol will cause traffic congestion . Please note those dates and plan your visit accordingly . Remember , all events are subject to rescheduling or cancellation , so please confirm with the Department of Tourism at 1-800-251-9100 when planning your visit .

The Pigeon Forge Public Library ( 2449 Library Drive ; open Monday- Saturday ) offers free computer access to residents and guests alike . You can print online tickets or access other resources .
Time Zone
Pigeon Forge is on Eastern Time . Tennessee changes to Daylight Savings Time on the second Sunday in March and Eastern Standard Time the first Sunday in November .
