MILACA ARCHERY RANGE
An outdoor archery range with 18 shooting stations , including three broadhead pits , beneath an overhead awning . Covered targets are set distances from 15 - 70 yards from each station . There are two raised platforms , one with the shooting stations , and one at the start of the 3D walking course . The 3D walking course has 14 different targets , each with a scoring pattern for archers to gauge their skill level .
The Milaca Archery Range is free to use and is open to the public . It is open starting in April through October from sunrise to sunset .
The Milaca Archery Range is located north of Milaca on 110th Ave ., next to the airport .

MILACA SPLASH PAD & GORECKI CENTER
The Splash Pad in Rec Park opens Memorial Day weekend , and stays open as long as weather permits . Its hours are 9 a . m . to 8 p . m . daily , and is free to use . There ’ s an open-air shelter with picnic tables between the splash pad and playground for guests to sit and get out of the sun .
The Splash Pad has six water features , making sure everyone gets doused to beat the heat . For those not wanting to get wet , the playground has slides , a climbing rock , and a zip line .
The Gorecki Community Center sits adjacent to the Splash Pad . Throughout the summer , the bathrooms in the Gorecki Center are available to Rec Park visitors during regular open hours , which are 6 a . m . to 10 p . m .
The Gorecki Center is available for rent seven days a week . Baby showers , birthday parties , bridal showers , family reunions , graduation parties , memorial services and weddinfs have all been held here . The kitchen area consists of a refrigerator , freezer , and microwave .
There ’ s also counters to lay out your food to feed your guests . Tables and chairs are included with the rental fee . For rental information go to www . cityofmilaca . org / reservations .
