Meet the Teams

THE CULINARY TEAM
Comprised of twin siblings Jeremy and Lilyann Little, along with teammates Anari Burg, Leyliann Nerys-Rolon, and Sabreena Otts— presented an ambitious menu that featured dill pickle-crusted halibut, purple potato croquettes, and a dessert highlighted by spun sugar and bright citrus notes. Their creativity and skill earned them a 44th place national ranking.
THE MANAGEMENT TEAM
Taylor Mitchell, Denali Dale, and Emma Spanos— impressed judges with their business concept, The Moose and the Mic. This unique restaurant idea combined pizza, karaoke, and community, built around their heartfelt slogan:“ A small community restaurant with a heart the size of Alaska.” They ranked 39th in the nation.
