The final stop of the 2025 Manufacturing Week bus tour was in Cle Elum at Dru Bru’ s mountaininspired craft brewery. The brewhouse is known for its awardwinning German-style beers, housemade sodas, and ciders. Founded in 2014 by Dru Ernst( upper left), Dru Bru blends a passion for brewing with a love for the outdoors, creating a welcoming, family-friendly space for adventurers and beverage enthusiasts alike. In 2021, the brewery expanded its operations to Cle Elum, doubling production and adding in-house canning capabilities. Dru Bru is committed to sustainability, partnering with local farms like Christie Farms to repurpose brewing byproducts as feed and fertilizer. Their community-focused approach includes philanthropic efforts supporting nature conservation and outdoor recreation, making Dru Bru not just a brewery, but a hub for connection and environmental stewardship.
