FINN DE ST . HUBERT WAYZATA DEFENSEMAN
Now in his fourth season of varsity hockey , Finn De St . Hubert is senior captain for Wayzata High . His ability to add to the offense makes him a special high school player . De St . Hubert had 23 assists last season . Most of all , he loves to block shots and deny opponents going to the net .

George Ericson gives Wayzata ’ s blue line an offensive dimension . He scored a goal last season and stacked up 15 assists as the Trojans rolled to an overall record of 23-3-2 .
ALEX HALL EDEN PRAIRIE FORWARD
Senior forward and captain Alex Hall of the Eden Prairie Eagles is a skilled player with a nose for the net . He was among the Lake ’ s top 15 scorers last winter , netting 33 points on 12 goals and 21 assists for a 17-9-0 team .
ROBBIE HOCH EDINA DEFENSEMAN
Consistent defensive coverage from Robbie Hoch was one reason Edina won the state Class AA championship with a 26-4-1 record last season . Hoch made a key play late in the third period of the title game as the Hornets held off Chanhassen 2-1 .

NICK KOERING EDEN PRAIRIE DEFENSEMAN
One of the tallest Lake Conference blue-liners at 6-3 , Nick Koering is fast , smooth and tenacious . He played in 24 games in 2023-24 and carded 12 assists . Koering ’ s defense was one reason the Eagles improved to 17-9-0 overall last season .
TYSON MAHADY TONKA DEFENSEMAN
Senior captain Tyson Mahady of the Minnetonka Skippers was mainly a gritty stay-at-home defenseman last season when he played in all 28 games . In the season opener against Stillwater this season , he scored his first varsity goal in a 6-5 loss .
WYATT PETERSEN HOPKINS DEFENSEMAN
Senior captain Wyatt Petersen leads an improved defensive

corps for the Hopkins High boys team . He played in 25 games last season , adding to the offensive side of the game with one goal and seven assists .
WESTON SCHENKELBERG HOPKINS FORWARD
There is no need to worry about fitting Weston Schenkelberg ’ s name on the back of a Hopkins hockey jersey . Everyone already knows who he is . Schenkelberg was a one-man wrecking crew last season when he piled up 41 points on 29 goals and 12 assists .
RIO TREHARNE EDEN PRAIRIE FORWARD
When Eden Prairie needed big play last season , they looked to Rio Treharne , who finished his junior year with 39 points on 11 goals and 28 assist . A great passer , who works hard in the corners , he could be one of the

Lake ’ s top point producers again this season .
CASEY VANDERTOP EDINA FORWARD
Junior forward Casey Vandertop is a legacy player in the Edina boys hockey program . His father Chad was a great player . Casey made the All-Lake Conference team last winter and helped the Hornets win the state Class AA title with a log that included 31 points on 12 goals and 19 assists .
MASON WEST EDINA FORWARD
Junior forward Mason West of Edina is a rare Lake Conference athlete with NCAA Division I tools in both football and hockey . He threw a school-record 37 touchdown passes for the football team this fall . In hockey last winter , he was the Hornets ’ third leading scorer with 38 points on 15 goals and 23 assists .
