The first attorney and lobbyist for the Florida Home Builders Association, he created FHBA’ s initial articles or incorporation and bylaws and generally guided the early development of the state association. He was a trusted advisor to FHBA for more than 15 years and played a lead role in state legislation governing lien laws, condominium associations, and construction licensing.( Elected to Hall in 1993)
