People
At the Airports Authority, people are the driving force behind operational excellence, customer experience and long-term organizational success. More than 1,700 employees foster a high-performance culture in which employees are recognized, supported and empowered to deliver meaningful impact across our airports and the communities we serve.
Employee Recognition
We build a culture of engagement by honoring employees who go above and beyond in service to our customers, operations and one another. In 2025, we distributed more than 900 employee recognition awards. These awards celebrate action, collaboration and measurable contributions that advance our mission. In recognition of their extraordinary efforts, recipients are honored with monetary awards and organizational recognition.
Notable awardees in 2025 included teams supporting critical initiatives such as major infrastructure improvements, small business outreach, complex contract execution and strategic airline agreements. These teams demonstrated innovation, operational excellence and a commitment to effi ciency and continuous improvement.

Employee Health, Safety and Well-being

Financial Well-being
We provide competitive compensation and benefi ts designed to support employees and reward performance. Our approach aligns employee success with organizational outcomes, reinforcing a shared commitment to excellence.
Our total rewards framework includes:
– Equitable Compensation: Our compensation approach is designed to be fair, competitive and performance-driven. In 2025, we strengthened transparency by providing more than 1,600 employees with individualized total rewards statements, highlighting the full value of their salary, benefi ts and support programs.
– Long-Term Planning: We provide strong income protection through retirement programs, including 457( b), 401( a) and a defi ned benefi t pension plan. We also offer life and disability coverage. In 2024, we further enhanced support with targeted education for retirement-eligible employees to guide informed decision-making.
– Income Protection: We provide income protection through long-term disability benefi ts, ensuring fi nancial support for qualifying employees facing illness or injury.
