Events bring neighbors together
Following is a listing of community events in Eagan and some area cities. All events are subject to change. Check with event organizers for updates. This guide was published in August 2024.
Eagan Market Fest – Summer Market held annually on Wednesdays, June to August, Central Park’ s Festival Grounds and Eagan Rotary Band Shell at the Eagan Community Center, 1501 Central Parkway. New this year the Fall Market will run Wednesdays from Sept. 3- Oct. 8, 4-7 p. m. at Goat Hill Park, 4391 Lexington Ave. S. Farmers market and community event features produce, hand-crafted artisan items, activities, concerts and entertainment. More is at cityofeagan. com / marketfest. Cascade Bay Season – Runs annually June-August, Cascade Bay Waterpark, 1360 Civic Center Drive, Eagan. Waterpark with leisure pool, zero-depth entry pool, waterslides, lazy river, sand play area, mini-golf, concessions, and more is open to the public. The Big Backyard Music Series – Held late May through August in 2025 at Viking Lakes Residences Amenity Area on Thursdays, 6-8 p. m.
Farm to Table Dinner, Friday, Aug. 22, 2025, $ 65, Holz Farm, 4665 Manor Drive, Eagan. Register at link from cityofeagan. com / holzfarm. Enjoy an intimate outdoor dining experience with music on the grounds of Historic Holz Farm. A locally sourced menu has been developed for this occasion. Registration includes appetizer, entrée and dessert. Drinks available for purchase onsite. Must be 21-plus to register.
Holz Farm Harvest Festival – Saturday, Sept. 20, 2025, 11 a. m. to 3 p. m., Holz Farm, 4665 Manor Drive, Eagan. The Friends of the Farm and Eagan Parks & Recreation will offer hayrides, live music, animals, and live demonstrations. Fiddling Contest – 1 p. m. Tickets are $ 3 per person 12 months and older and can be purchased at discovereagan. com.
Eagan Art Block – Sept. 13-27, 2025, various locations including Caponi Art Park, Eagan Art House, and Wescott Library. Collaborative community experience of events and activities following the square mile from Wescott Road and Lexington Avenue to Diffley Road to Pilot Knob Road and back to Wescott Road. Caponi Art Park: Celebrating the Year of the Snake – Festivities will focus on the restoration of Snake sculpture, including Sunday, Sept. 14, Mosaic-Making Workshop
