The Burnsville Police Department is comprised of 75 sworn officers, which includes sergeants, investigators and school and community resource officers all led by Police Chief Tanya Schwartz and the department’ s captains. The department includes 19 civilian staff members.
The Burnsville Police Department’ s headquarters was renovated and reopened in February 2018. They are located adjacent to Burnsville City Hall.
