POSITIONED FOR GROWTH, FOCUSED ON CARE.
As northern Nevada continues to grow, so does the need for high-quality, accessible healthcare. At Renown, maintaining a strong financial foundation allows us to meet that demand while investing in the people, programs and technology that advance care across our region.
Renown achieved a 6 % operating margin in 2025, continuing a financial turnaround from a 6.4 % operating loss just three years earlier. This performance reflects the collective efforts of our employees, providers and leaders to improve efficiency, enhance operations and ensure the organization remains well-positioned to serve our community for years to come.
Renown also ended the year with 218 days cash on hand, providing the financial flexibility to navigate uncertainty while continuing to invest in patient care, workforce development, facility improvements and clinical innovation. These resources help ensure we can respond to our community ' s evolving healthcare needs, expand access to essential services and pursue new opportunities that improve health outcomes across northern Nevada.
Our financial strength is not an end goal— it is a tool that enables us to fulfill our mission. By remaining financially resilient, we can continue making meaningful investments that improve lives today while building a healthier future for generations to come.
