GENERAL INFORMATION

ANTI-DISCRIMINATION / HARASSMENT POLICY
AWWA has zero-tolerance for any form of discrimination or harassment, including, but not limited to verbal, physical, or sexual harassment, discrimination, and intimidation. All participants are expected to treat each other with respect and dignity. This includes refraining from making derogatory comments, using offensive language, or engaging in unwanted physical contact. Sexual harassment includes unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature, including jokes and innuendo. AWWA prohibits retaliation against any AWWA staff, volunteer, member, conference participants, or other person for making a complaint under AWWA policy or for assisting in a complaint investigation Any person who believes a violation of the Member Code of Practice or any other misconduct has occurred should report to the AWWA director of human resources, deputy chief executive officer, or any presidential officer.
SOCIAL MEDIA, CAMERA, AND CELL PHONE POLICIES
AWWA encourages the use of social media during our conferences and events. We welcome your pictures, quotes, and use of # ACE25.
Filming or live streaming of any presentation, session, or Exhibit Hall booth is prohibited without the permission of the presenter or exhibitor. Additionally, if you are unsure about whether it’ s appropriate to post a photo or quote, please speak with the presenter or exhibitor to request their permission before posting. Violation of this policy may result in confiscation of the media and removal from the event. This policy is intended to protect the intellectual property and hard work of our presenters and exhibitors.
AWWA’ s conference proceedings will contain all presentations and additional materials provided by the presenters who wish to have their information published.
Attendees are asked to be respectful of their colleagues by turning off or silencing all mobile devices before entering meeting rooms.
EXHIBIT HALL RULES AND REGULATIONS
Children under the age of 16 entering the Exhibit Hall during show hours must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. A parent or guardian assumes all risks and responsibility for the safety of his or her child. Anyone age 12 or older will require a badge to enter the Exhibit Hall. Children are not allowed in the hall during move-in and move-out.
LEAD RETRIEVAL
Exhibitors can purchase lead retrieval options for ACE25. Lead retrieval provides the companies you talk with during the conference a convenient opportunity to manage your information for post-conference follow up. By allowing your badge to be scanned, you are providing your full contact information( address, email, phone, etc.) to exhibitors.
