do not, they will be responsible for the Acadeum fee that is charged to our university. This fee varies by institution, and the amount owed will be communicated to the student by the Student Billing Office after the drop or withdraw from the partner institution is complete.
Student Billing’ s Move-In Policy for Resident Students
To be eligible to move into the residence halls, a student must be officially registered for 12 + credits each semester and be in good financial standing( No billing holds). A billing hold that prevents a student from officially registering and attending classes also prevents a student from moving into the residence halls.
All students must complete their financial aid paperwork and have their funding in place prior to moving into the residence halls or attending any class at the beginning of each academic semester. For resident students, having their funding in place means they must be paid in full or enrolled in the payment plan and have paid their first installment payment( regardless of the first installment’ s due date). If the student does not have their funding in place based on the above specifications, they will be asked to leave and will not be able to move themself or their belongings into the residence halls until their funding is in place. This is for the initial move-in during the Fall semester as well as for moving back onto campus during the Spring semester. Outstanding balances can be discussed with the Student Billing Office.
