This course provides a critical analysis of selected theories and concepts of learning are applied to the adult learning experience, learning styles, motivation in adult education programs, and workplace learning.
This course focuses on building students ' knowledge and skills using webbased tools to effectively create an online teaching environment. This course will assist educators in developing online and blended courses to enhance the learning experience for students, colleges and universities exploring strategies to implement new learning tools. In addition, massive open online courses( MOOC), stackable certificates, and badges will be examined.
