Students should upload proof of vaccination.

Students must be fully vaccinated to participate in clinical experiences.
Fully vaccinated means 2 weeks after administration of:
2 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine( prior to September 2023)
or
A single dose of the COVID-19 Johnson and Johnson vaccine( prior to September 2023)
or
One dose of the updated Pfizer, Moderna or Novavax vaccines, administered September 2023 or later
NOTE regarding Mandatory Requirements: Failure to complete these mandatory requirements will result in the inability to complete clinical nursing courses. Requirements are subject to change.
** NOTE regarding Clearances: A response to any of the clearances other than“ No Record” may prevent a student from participating in clinical patient-care experiences. As a result, the student will be unable to meet course and program learning outcomes, which may lead to dismissal from the BSN program.
